How enquiries work

Request a quote, then confirm by email

The process is deliberately plain. Bristolian Coaches collects the details needed to quote properly, replies by email and only treats a journey as confirmed when written confirmation has been issued.

Process

Four steps from enquiry to agreed journey

Send journey details

Use the form or email to share journey type, pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, return details and any requirements.

Team review

The journey is reviewed for vehicle suitability, route, timing, luggage, support notes and any details that need clarifying.

Quote response by email

We aim to reply within 24 hours, although it may take longer at busy times. The reply will set out the quote and any details still needed.

Confirmed in writing

A journey exists only when written confirmation has been issued by email through the agreed process. Form submissions, calls and provisional quotes are not confirmations.

Clear process

What the website does not do

  • No online booking.
  • No real-time availability.
  • No online payment.
  • No automatic confirmation.
Plain-English terms

Keep the agreement clear

Quotes, changes and confirmations should be handled in writing so everyone knows what has been agreed. If your journey changes, email the details as early as possible and wait for the updated confirmation.

  • Quotes and changes should be confirmed in writing by email.
  • A 25% deposit is normally required once a booking is accepted and confirmed, with the remaining balance due before travel.
  • Optional extras such as a luggage trailer, DBS checked driver requirement or named driver request should be included before the quote is confirmed.
  • Any terms in a written quote should take precedence over general page copy.

Send your journey details

The more detail you provide at the start, the easier it is for the team to quote properly. Include passenger numbers, luggage, pickup points, timings and anything your group needs us to understand.
